We have a 24-hour Fresh Guarantee claims policy, which means you have 24 hours from the time your package was delivered to file a claim if necessary.

To start your "delayed & perished" claim, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with an unboxing photo or video of the cups and packing slip, along with your order number.


Credits for delayed/perished deliveries:


Please reference our Fresh Guarantee for a full summary of our fresh promise and claims process. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt (no more than four hours after delivery if at all possible). If your order arrives warm and perished, we will replace it for you via store credit. In order to qualify for a replacement order, you must email (or live chat) a photo or video of your opened box and cups on the day of delivery, along with your order number. 

We cannot make any guarantees or certifications regarding shipments that are delivered on time with proof of delivery to the correct address, or for failed delivery attempts to closed commercial addresses during normal business hours. We strongly encourage customers to retrieve their package immediately upon delivery to prevent the risk of theft or perishing.


Due to the nature of sourcing and shipping perishable products, Gardencup is unable to accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items, except in cases covered by our Fresh Guarantee policy.


Refunds:


If your order was approved for a delayed/perished claim and you do not wish to receive a store credit, we will refund your original method of payment, which should appear on your account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].


Non-returnable:


Due to the perishable nature of shipping fresh food, returns are not necessary. If your order arrived late and warm, discard the food contents and enjoy your new storage cups! Gift cards are also non-returnable.
