We have a 24-hour replacement claims policy, which means you have 24 hours from the time your package was delivered to file a replacement claim if necessary.

To start your "delayed & perished" claim, send in a chat or email [email protected] with an unboxing photo or video along with your order number.

Replacements for delayed/perished deliveries
Please reference our Fresh Guarantee for a full summary of our fresh promise and claims process. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt (no more than four hours after delivery if at all possible). If your order arrives warm and perishes, we will replace it for you via store credit allowing you to dictate your next delivery date in case an immediate replacement does not work for your schedule. In order to qualify for a replacement order, you must email (or live chat) a photo or video of your opened box and cups on the day of delivery, along with your order number. We'll let you know within one business day if your replacement is approved.

We cannot make any guarantees or certifications regarding shipments that delivered on time with proof of delivery to the correct address, or for failed delivery attempts to closed commercial addresses during normal business hours. We strongly encourage customers to retrieve their package immediately upon delivery to prevent risk of theft or perishing.

Refunds
If your order was approved for delayed/perished claim and you do not wish to receive a replacement order, we will refund your original method of payment which should appear on your account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].

Non-returnable
Due to the perishable nature of shipping fresh food, returns are not necessary. If your order arrived late and warm, discard the food contents and enjoy your new storage cups! Gift cards are also non-returnable.
