Most Gardencups are 1 serving. However, you can find all the nutrition facts and ingredient info, including portion sizes, in the product images and detail pages. Click here. Click on the image of the cup you want info on, then click on the Nutrition tab. From there, scroll down until you find the full nutrition panel. Or just click through the cup photos to see the nutrition facts panel.
- The full-size salads come in 25 FL oz cups, weighing between 9 to 13 ounces (just the food).
- Our Powercups (super-food/grain bowls) are also in 25 FL oz cups - they're super filling with clean carbs!
- The Soupcups and Producecups are all single-serving 12 FL oz cups, with the exception of the grapes, which are in the 25 FL oz cups.
The cups are 3.66" in diameter x 5.9" in height, but the smaller cups are only 3" high, same diameter.
