What should I do if I received the wrong product in my order?Updated 9 months ago

Please take a photo of the product received, and a photo of your packing slip and send it to our support team by chat or email at [email protected]. Once we receive your inquiry:

  1. We will credit your account 
  2. You can then use the credit towards an upcoming order
